Ride to the Olympics
Change 4 Hope is super excited to join up with Ride To The Olympics Foundation! With this partnership, students have the opportunity to learn more about equestrian education (Polo), Day at the Barn, Atlanta Fashion Show, Summer Camp, and much more.
With growing support of the foundation, its mission to empower underrepresented youth through equestrian sports, establish HBCU polo teams, and to ultimately foster the first Black Olympic polo players, is gaining great momentum for continued success. But this historical and powerful initiative will be at a loss without alumni, donors, and community support.
Offers youth the opportunity to learn more about horses and how to ride. Activities include equestrian education, barn management, horse care, team building, and animal behavior.
Offering leadership coaching, job training, workforce and professional development, and financial literacy learning opportunities.
This initiative comes with the aspiration of creating competitive polo players of color, with a goal of getting players ready for both the collegiate and Olympic level
A one-day hands-on event designed to expose youth to horse and the required responsibilities of maintaining a barn.
A one-day outing designed to expose underrepresented youth to polo and jumping shows.

100 Scholars Robotics Alliance
100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc nonprofit Coordinator Mr. Bart Sudderth
Change4Hope is excited to also be in partnership with the 100 Scholars Robotics Alliance. They are designed to inspire elementary, middle and high school student interest in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields. This program exposes students to in-demand skill sets such as project management, programming and data analysis, and teaches them how to operate within high performing teams.
Through our robotics program, we strive to reach students of color in at-risk communities and help them realize they can achieve professional success in STEM fields they may otherwise never have considered.
The 100 BMOA operates a 15,000-square-foot robotics facility and supports over 4,000 students in underserved communities across 10 cities in Georgia.
Our robotics teams have competed at the city, regional and national levels.
Change 4 Hope program will provide transportation to the Dr. Lonnie Johnson location.
