The Components of Change4hope

Connecting YOU to the pathway of opportunities

Change 4 Hope organization caters to students in 9th through 12th grade and young adults up to the age of 26.

 

The benefits that your student will receive through Change 4 Hope program are:

  • 100+ volunteer hours

  • leadership skills

  • community services.

 

Your student will participate in a variety of events and workshops.

Your student will also gain knowledgeable work experience through our ex-ternship program, as well as our outreach projects.
 

Upon completing the Change 4 Hope program fiscal year

  • Change 4 Hope will host an Annual graduate and alumni ceremony for all of our 12th grade students.

  • They will receive an honor cord and be given recognition for all of their achievements made during the program.

  • The students that have completed the 9th through 12th grade with our program will receive alumni stole.

When you become a partner with Change 4 Hope you will receive a newsletter to keep you informed with the “What’s Happening Now Events”.

 

Your logo will be placed on our website and any events that your organization participates in. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Internship program with our students. You will also be given recognition at our annual ceremony.

Education

The Learning Outcome Should Be Realistic.


It is important to make sure that the outcomes are attainable.
Outcomes need to be reviewed in light of the student's ability, developmental levels, initial skill sets, and the time available to attain the skill sets ( i.e, 4 years ).

 

They should also be aligned with what is being taught.
